The company has 2 6-35kV three-layer co extrusion dry cross-linking production lines, and more than 80 sets of professional production equipment for various wire and cable such as wire drawing, stranded wire, extrusion, shielding, cabling and armouring. It has 2 sets of 35kV and below cable partial discharge test equipment and a complete electrical performance, physical and chemical performance laboratory with testing equipment and instruments, which can inspect the main performance of all purchased raw materials and end products.
The company can now produce ten series of cable products with more than 5000 models and specifications, including aluminum stranded wire and steel core aluminum stranded wire, 6-35kV cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable, 1kV and 3kV PVC (or cross-linked polyethylene) insulated power cable, 1kV and 10kV overhead insulated cable, PVC (or cross-linked polyethylene) insulated control cable, aluminum alloy cable, computer cable, special cable for frequency converter, prefabricated branch cable, wire distribution, etc. It can also design and produce flame retardant, fire-resistant, water resistant, rodent resistant, termite resistant, halogen-free low smoke, high temperature resistant, low temperature resistant and other special cables with special purposes. It is widely used in electric power, rail transit, infrastructure, railway, civil and other fields.
In terms of the development, promotion and application of raw and auxiliary materials, our company attaches great importance to the development and promotion of new materials.
